1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using dumoni.com, placing an order, submitting an inquiry, using our interactive tools, booking an appointment, or engaging with our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Dumoni Jewelers is a custom fine jewelry studio based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We offer:
- Custom grillz, chains, rings, pendants, earrings, and engagement rings
- Ready-to-wear jewelry
- Gold and silver buying and trade-in services
- Jewelry education programs (Craft Lab and The Manufacturer)
- Online tools including the Instant Quote, Grillz Builder, and Custom Jewelry Inquiry form
- Online consultations and in-person appointments by appointment only
3. Interactive Tools — Instant Quote, Grillz Builder, Custom Jewelry Inquiry
Instant Quote Tool
The Instant Quote tool provides estimated pricing based on information you enter. All quotes generated by this tool are estimates only. They do not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of final pricing. Final pricing is determined at your consultation after reviewing your specific requirements, materials, and current market conditions. Dumoni Jewelers reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Grillz Builder
The Grillz Builder allows you to configure grillz options including number of teeth, metal type, karat, setting style, and stone preferences. Submitting a Grillz Builder configuration is an inquiry only — it does not constitute an order, reservation, or guarantee of availability. A 50% deposit is required to begin production after your consultation.
Custom Jewelry Inquiry Form
Submitting the Custom Jewelry Inquiry form initiates a consultation request. It does not constitute a binding order. All custom piece orders require a confirmed deposit before production begins.
By using any of these tools, you acknowledge that the information provided is for inquiry and estimation purposes only.
4. Appointment Booking via Calendly
We use Calendly (calendly.com) to manage appointment scheduling. By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to Calendly's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at calendly.com/terms and calendly.com/privacy. Information you provide during booking is subject to both Dumoni Jewelers' and Calendly's privacy practices.
Appointment bookings are not a guarantee of service availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice.
5. SMS Messaging Program
Program Description
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Dumoni Jewelers, you agree to receive text messages related to:
- Order confirmations and updates
- Appointment reminders and follow-ups
- Custom piece and grillz progress notifications
- Instant Quote and Grillz Builder follow-ups
- Promotional offers and new product announcements
Consent
SMS consent is obtained at the point of form submission or direct opt-in. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer your phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction
SMS services are intended for users 18 years of age and older. By opting in you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

6. Orders and Payments
Custom Pieces
All custom jewelry orders require a deposit before work begins:
- Grillz: 50% deposit required to begin
- All other custom pieces: $1,000 CAD design deposit, fully credited toward your total
Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
Pricing
All prices are in USD. Pricing shown on the website and in the Instant Quote tool are estimates and subject to change. Final price is confirmed at your consultation before any work begins.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Zelle, and CashApp. Full payment is required at pickup or before shipping.
7. Turnaround and Delivery
- Grillz: Standard turnaround 3 business days after dental mold appointment
- 24hr same-day expedited turnaround available for an additional $150
- Chains, rings, pendants, earrings: 1 to 3 weeks depending on complexity
- Engagement rings and wedding bands: 3 to 6 weeks
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Shipping
Orders are shipped fully insured via FedEx Priority Overnight. Signature required. Out of state shipping is an additional $50 for grillz orders. Free shipping on custom orders over $1,000 (domestic).
8. Returns and Refunds
Custom Pieces
Custom pieces are non-returnable once completed. If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or remake it at no charge.
- Grillz: 50% deposit is non-refundable once production begins
- Other custom pieces: $1,000 CAD deposit is refundable if cancelled before production starts
Ready-to-Wear
Stock merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn and with original tags, for a full refund or exchange.
9. Lifetime Guarantee
Every piece made by Dumoni Jewelers carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes prong retipping, shank repair, and stone tightening. Normal wear and accidental damage are not covered but may be repaired at preferential rates.
10. Gold and Silver Buying
We purchase gold and platinum at 80% of current melt value. All sales are final once payment is accepted. We reserve the right to decline any item. Testing and weighing is conducted in your presence with full transparency. Store credit is available and never expires.
11. Education Programs
Craft Lab ($10,000) and The Manufacturer ($40,000) are in-person and hybrid education programs offered by Dumoni Jewelers. Program fees and cancellation terms are discussed and agreed upon during the application process. Seats are limited and by application only.
12. Appointments
Dumoni Jewelers operates by appointment only. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice. No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on dumoni.com including text, images, videos, logos, interactive tools, and designs are the property of Dumoni Jewelers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website, tools, and services are provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of quotes generated by the Instant Quote tool or Grillz Builder. Use of these tools is at your own discretion.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dumoni Jewelers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, tools, or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
