Standard turnaround is 3 days after your dental mold appointment. Need them faster? Add $150 for 24hr expedited turnaround. We take your dental mold in studio — quick and painless.

We take a dental mold of your teeth in studio. Quick and painless. The mold ensures a perfect comfortable fit every time. Most grillz are ready within 3 days of your mold appointment.

Yes. All our grillz are removable. They snap on and off as you like. They are not permanently attached to your teeth.

It starts with a free consultation. Call (702) 470-8363 or email dumonijewelers@gmail.com to schedule. We discuss your vision, materials, and timeline. A $1,000 CAD deposit starts the design process. Once you approve the design our master jeweler builds your piece by hand in our studio.

Grillz are ready within 3 days. Chains, rings, pendants, and earrings typically take 1 to 3 weeks. Engagement rings take 3 to 6 weeks. We give you an exact timeline at your consultation.

Grillz require a 50% deposit to begin. All other custom pieces require a $1,000 CAD deposit to start the design process — this is fully credited toward your total. Full payment is required at pickup or before shipping.

Yes. We welcome your stones, gold, or platinum. All materials are tested and verified before incorporation. Your provided materials are credited toward your piece.

Yes. We create detailed CAD renderings for your approval before any gold is touched. You review, request changes, and sign off before we begin crafting.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Zelle, and CashApp. Full payment is required at pickup or before shipping.

We work with silver, 10K, 14K, 18K, and 24K gold in yellow, white, and rose. We also offer platinum. No plating.

Yes. We work with natural diamonds, lab diamonds, moissanite, and colored stones. We also offer a secret menu of more affordable options — call us to ask. You can also bring your own stones.

Every Dumoni piece carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered but repaired at preferential rates.

We pay 80% of melt value based on the current live gold spot price. Bring your gold in and we test it, weigh it, and give you an offer on the spot.

We buy all gold jewelry — chains, rings, pendants, earrings, grillz, broken pieces, gold coins, and scrap gold. If you are not sure, bring it in and we will tell you.

Yes — and you get more value this way. Trade your gold toward any custom piece and we put the 80% melt value towards your new order. Feel free to use the gold calculator in the Sell your Gold section of the website.

Yes. We ship fully insured to all 50 states. Out of Shape Shipping is an additional $50. Virtual consultations available by phone or email. Progress photos and final video approval make remote commissioning seamless.

Daily care: Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, or applying cosmetics. Avoid contact with household chemicals, chlorine, and salt water.

Cleaning: Soak in warm water with mild dish soap for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush. Rinse and pat dry.

Storage: Store each piece separately in soft pouches. Keep chains flat or hung to prevent knotting.

Complimentary cleaning and inspection for all Dumoni pieces. External jewelry cleaning and repair is priced individually.

Fully insured via FedEx Priority Overnight. Signature required. Out of Shape Shipping is an additional $50 for grillz orders. Free shipping on custom orders over $1,000.

Stock merchandise: 30-day return, unworn with tags.

Custom pieces: 50% deposit for grillz is non-refundable once production begins. $1,000 CAD deposit for other pieces is refundable if cancelled before production starts. Completed custom pieces may be modified but not returned.
