From there, our designers create detailed sketches and 3D renderings for your approval. Once finalized, our master jeweler crafts your piece using traditional techniques and modern precision.

Every piece is unique. Timeline depends entirely on complexity, materials, and current workload. Grillz are typically same day or next day. Other pieces without diamond setting have faster turnaround. We provide estimated completion dates during your consultation.

Custom designs require a $1,000 deposit to begin CAD design. This deposit is credited toward your total. You will review and approve the CAD rendering before we finalize the order and begin building your piece. Full payment is required at pickup.

Yes. We welcome your stones, gold, or platinum. All materials are tested and verified before incorporation. Your provided materials are credited toward your piece. Note: we cannot work with plated metals, costume jewelry, or non-precious materials for quality reasons.

We do not currently offer financing through third-party providers. We accept all major credit cards, wire transfer, Zelle, CashApp, and cash.

We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds. We source through established cutters with verified supply chains. Full transparency on origin and quality is standard at Dumoni.

We work only with solid precious metals: 10K through 24K gold in all colors (yellow, rose, white), 925 silver, platinum, and palladium. We do not work with plated materials, filled metals, or non-precious metal combinations.

Every Dumoni piece carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes prong retipping, shank repair, and stone tightening. Accidental damage and normal wear are not covered but repaired at preferential rates.

This is one of our signature services. We evaluate your pieces for metal and stone quality, then present redesign options. We often create multiple new pieces from a single large item. We document the original piece photographically before any alteration.

Yes. We can replicate profiles, milgrain patterns, and metal alloys to create seamless sets even decades later. Bring your existing piece for spectroscopic metal analysis.

Frequently. We ship insured to all 50 states and coordinate with local jewelers for sizing verification when needed. Virtual consultations are available by phone or email. Progress photos and final video approval make remote commissioning seamless.

Daily care: Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, or applying cosmetics. Put jewelry on last when dressing. Avoid contact with household chemicals, chlorine, and salt water.

Cleaning: Soak in warm water with mild dish soap for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Storage: Store each piece separately in soft pouches or a lined jewelry box. Keep chains flat or hung to prevent knotting. Avoid bathroom storage as humidity accelerates tarnish.

What to avoid: Toothpaste, baking soda, or abrasive cleaners. Rings during weightlifting or manual labor. Pools, hot tubs, or ocean. Extreme temperature changes.

Complimentary cleaning and inspection for all Dumoni pieces. External jewelry cleaning and repair is priced individually based on complexity and materials.

Resizing is complimentary within the first year. Significant size changes may require shank replacement. Eternity bands with stones all around often require remaking rather than resizing.

Fully insured via FedEx Priority Overnight. Signature required. Shipping is complimentary for orders over $1,000 — otherwise $35 domestic and $75 international.

Stock merchandise: 30-day return, unworn with tags.

Custom pieces: Non-refundable deposit. Balance refundable if cancelled before production begins. Completed custom pieces may be modified but not returned.

Heirloom redesign: Original materials returned if project cancelled before work begins.

Yes. We provide detailed photographs and video for remote approval. Local clients may view in person before final payment. Payment releases shipping or pickup authorization.
